Today I received an email from Nick Ortner creator and director of the fabulous movie Try It On Everything . I received the DVD from Jessica Ortner, the producer a while ago and have watched it several times.
Can you release pain in your body? Can you let go of past hurts, traumas and fears? Can You finally live the life you have always dreamed of?
These questions are asked on the DVD cover of the movie. How do they resonate for you? 10 real life people who were suffering from variety of physical and emotional health issues make up the content of this movie: Some of the health issues were:
- weight loss,
- fear of speaking in public
- severe degenerative disc disease
- Vietnam War veteran dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and chronic back pain.
After not getting the results they were looking for with traditional approaches, they agree to try Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). They went into retreat with EFT practitioners for 4 days. The movie is a teaching tool both for the participants and for the viewers of the movie. Prominent EFT practitioners guide the people through learning and implementing EFT, the movie comes with an instructional sheet and demonstration on how to do EFT. You can also tap along with the people in the film as an introduction. The change in the 10 real life people, how they feel and look from the time they are filmed in their homes before embarking on this adventure to the way they look and feel at the end of the retreat I found remarkable I know from doing some work with Brad Yates- EFT Wizard the power of EFT to create change. This movie demonstrates some amazing changes, both in attitude, outlook and the power to EFT to heal
I also know that EFT works well alongside using The Law of Attraction. Below is the trailer to the movie and at You Tube you can get videos of various techniques used in the film:
Nicks email today was about a new ning group Word Tapping Community where you will be able to interact and network with other EFT practitioners, fans, etc. Here is the link: Here we a few great quotes from the movie:
