This morning on my morning beach walk I was thinking about the post I was going to write on 5 ways I use to raise my vibes. my beachblogger partner Des had this idea to write in the sand for his blog so , I thought what a great way to introduce this post.

My top five tricks:

1.The Sea: My favorite way of raising my vibes is by being by the sea. Each morning I walk barefoot on the beach and also swim most mornings with the exception of the winter months of July and August. If I am there early enough to catch the sun rising I feel more energized. The turquoise blue of the water, the sound of the waves rolling in, the expanse of sand: so much abundance.

2. Abundance Affirmations: Each morning when I wake up and before I go to sleep I read out loud

I am abundant in every good way. Infinite money is mine to earn, save, invest, exponentially multiply, and share. My abundance is making everyone better off. I embrace abundance and abundance embraces me.?

In the morning I also read the affirmation I have on the wall beside my bed that came from The Gentle Way Book

This sets my day on a high reinforcing what an abundant and blessed life I have and how grateful I am for all that I have in my life.

3. Dru Yoga: I go to a 90 minute class each week and this always lifts my spirits if I have had a down day , I come home energized and relaxed. The combination of the asanas, visualization and meditation is powerful. I also have a DVD with 10 and 20 minute sequences which also can lift my energy as well as being heart opening.

4. Blogging: my new found passion. I love thinking about what I will write about today and then receiving emails and comments that tell me I am making a difference , making a contribution. I received one of these yesterday from Carole Fogarty from Holistic Feng Shui that did make my heart sing.

” Your ever flowing blogs are awesome. The energy, momentum and dynamic vibe they have gathered is truly exciting to watch”.

5. Having a Bath: Filling the bath tub with natural bath salts and bubbles, putting on a mud mask , lighting a candle and playing soothing music or putting on a meditation tape. Pure Bliss and guaranteed to raise my vibes.

Part of this game is to tag five other bloggers, so I pick the following five people to share their high vibes tricks.

Anthony Fernando at Dare to Dream has a post What to do when you run out of motivation and on the links to an inspirational video called Don’t Quit.
