Don’t Panic Take a Deep Breath!

Posted by Suzie Cheel | May 3, 2008 .

Stopping to take a deep breathe is something that I have been doing frequently over the past few days , so to draw this card was serendipidious.

I have been taking a lot of deep breaths recently as I mentioned in my last post. Putting one’s BHAGs out to the world is quite scary and requires me standing up from the computer and taking 3 deep breathes either to center myself of refocus when the widget or whatever doesn’t work.

Eckhart Tolle with Oprah’s a The New Earth classes has me breathing more to be still and just be.

So I will panic less in the next day or so technology and I work together to launch the new LOA and my art site.

Does taking a deep breath help you get centered and be calm?

Breathing deeply helps; also grabbing a hank of my hair and pulling it slightly, for some strange inexplicable reason, helps as well!

With 4 kids, I cannot afford to lose patience in front of them; they need to see that Mom is unflappable (as they maintain their calmness that way as well). It’s a challenge.

Best wishes,

Barbara

Breathing deeply really helps a lot. It lessens stress and it helps you to calm down. Deep breathing at least 10 times in a day, is good.
