Monday Motivation:Being Aware

Being Aware,
Being Focused,
Being Still,
Being Present

There are many ways we can practise being aware. Lighting a candle and and focusing on the flame brings me to stillness. Sometimes standing up and deep breathing allows me to become release a negative emotion.
