Vibe3 10 Simple Ways To Raise Your Vibes

When your vibes are positive you feel good , life is joyful and you  continue to attract good things into your  lives. just like the morning I found this perfectly drawn what I call a  vibrational bubble in the sand on my morning walk.This coupled with the blue ocean and wonderful warm water always raises my vibes and has me feeling good.

There are sometimes days where you don’t feel good your vibes are negative. The good news is there are  simple ways to raise your vibes that will have you feeling good in no time at all and what’s more they are free.

  1. Change your environment: Get in touch with nature. Go for a walk,by the sea, a river, a forest or just around the street of your local neighborhood.
  2. Listen to your favorite music.
  3. Make a list of things you are grateful for
  4. Open a page in your favorite book of quotes and read it out loud
  5. Step aside from your computer and take 3 deep breaths, stretch and drink a glass of water.
  6. Ring your happiest friend and have a chat
  7. Take out some photos of a special holiday and reflect on what made you smile

Stand in front of the mirror looking directly into your eyes and say I LOVE YOU I LOVE MYSELF I LOVE MY LIFE and HOW IT FLOWS
take a minute today and do this really feel it and then send it out to the entire planet

Great list Suzie :-)

On the gratitude one, I like to just put my arms up and out, look up into the sky and say, “Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you ” :-)

It’s also important we remember to do the necessary preparations and maintaining of our bodies before our vibes get low! That means getting some exercise throughout the day, drinking plenty of water, and eating well! :-D

I really like your simple and practical tips for raising our vibrations, Suzie. I just would like to add one simple tip that works for me. Smile. Whenever I am in negative vibes, I find that smiling really helps in quickly releasing the negative vibes. Also, it’s kind of difficult to think of negative thoughts when you are smiling.

You are right! It is so important for people to realize they aren’t victims of their reality, they are actually creators of their reality and until we change what we are focusing on (whether we realize we are focusing on it or not) our lives and businesses and relationships won’t change for the better.

Great post. Just as you say, good attracts good. So when your vibes are right, ‘things’ tend to go right. I try to use #2 and #3 on your list daily. I know that when I listen to music I enjoy, and read my ‘Gratitude List’ consistently, I can snap out of a down mood and into a very positive one quickly – or simply improve an already good vibe.

Thank you for sharing your good vibes, I am grateful.
My tip is to feel good; take a hot warm bath and just soak in it, helps clear energies and you will be buzzing afterwards with a sense of wellbeing and health.
