Well it is Sunday night and this was a perfect time to read your post!

I had so many goals for this weekend and guess what - most of them did not get done. But it was not procrastination - distraction then? Perhaps a bit more so.

Ultimately however, I do not feel bad as that feeling does not serve me, other things simply came up in the &quot;Moment of Now&quot; that took precedence. Also, none of them were musts, so no worries.

I think the most important thing to ask ourselves too at the end of the day is &quot;Did I enjoy myself? Was I the being that I wanted to be?&quot;

And if those answers are yes, in my mind that is much better than doing things for the sake of just doing them.

		<description>Big dreams and goals are important but they&#039;re achieved one step at a time.  I can identify with your frustration.  I too tend to get overwhelmed quite easily, particularly if I try to do too much at once.
