As he was explaining the importance of living in the Now, the only time there ever is, it hit me. When we dwell on the past or worry about the future, we miss the only time we can control and that is the Present. Today I celebrated by enjoying my coffee as always and going onto my patio being grateful for it. I also cleared my vanity counter and put out a vase of beautiful peach roses tinged with orange. Finally I cleared papers, magazines, etc. that I've long neglected and made space for working on my laptop in my bedroom. I had a great day. I’m almost finished reading Tolle’s book, A New Earth.
