Sunrise Meditation

This week in response to the comments on Beach notes I am providing the readers with the sound of the sea.

I have taken to sitting on this rock, looking out to sea and spending 10 minutes meditating to the sound of the sea.

And here is the poem that I was inspired to write:

Meditating sitting on

the sun warmed rock

At the place I call paradise

My feet resting

on the warm white sand

Listening to the sound of the sea

I feel connected to the earth

To my soul

To my very being
