Yes, the Pain Body Release is the work that brings about integration and moves us towards Wholeness. I love this study, and think that it is wonderful for us, to be “Awakened” in this phenominal life, far too much of the time we can be walking through our lives as though we are “sleep walking” through most of it. I am a Certified Life Coach and this is in line with what I love. I will continue to view your blog and see how it is that you continue to grow and learn, along with myself.

Yeahhhh! I’m so happy when I hear others have signed up for this 10-week course. I am learning so much, in fact, I’ve written about it in my recent posts.

I thought I was doing okay spiritually until I got to the “Pain Body” chapter and this is where the real work begins.

Let’s keep posted on how we’re each doing. I’d love to hear about your progress.
