Excellent topic.

I just wrote a post titled, ‘The purpose of soothing your soul on valentine’s day’ about spending valentine’s day alone and focusing on you. I know people (I was one of them) who do not focus on themselves enough. I didn’t love myself and I put all my energy into looking after others and loving them.
