		<description>Well, I feel most &quot;in the now&quot; when I am on a walk.  If I walk out the door, with no other goal but to enjoy my walk and listen to my music, that is when life is simple, and distractions melt away.

As far as meditating goes, 5 minutes of true meditation is all you need to get back on track!  If you become good at it, 5 minutes can be like a weekend off.  Time is subjective anyway.
