As I said, abundance is all around us - we just have to open our eyes and soak it all in.

I have just returned from a quick jog and here are some of the things I noticed:-

1. Two excitable dogs obediently crossing the road whilst their “owner” spoek to them in English and they followed every instruction.

2. I also popped into my local garden centre and it was in heaven amongst the colours and smells of all the plants and flowers.

3. A supermarket buzzing with evening shoppers and homeward bound commutters.

4. Though it was quite chilly, it felt fresh and invigorating to be able to be out and about.

5. early autumn leaves tumbling down gracefully as the trees begin to turn to stunning autumn hues.

Isn’t it amazing what abundance and gifts we can see around us once we open our hearts and minds to it all.
