Abundance Thinking: Being Open to Opportunity.

Posted by Suzie Cheel | July 17, 2007 .

Mark (”Whizzer”) Wilson, has a great post Are you open or closed, where I left a comment the other day. This comment inspired Mark to write a post that followed on, titled Open to Opportunity or Go with the Flow.

This prompted me to be more aware of how my daily practice of Abundance Thinking where, I put myself in an abundant state each morning has me feeling more abundant, I feel more positive, joyful and open to new opportunities.

In the past week I have been presented with several business opportunities that a week or so ago I would not have even looked at.

As we are all aware , every time you open you email, there is the chance of being distracted. I have been very conscious of my mentor Lisa Diane stressing the importance of staying on track, getting the basics set up first.

So in the past week I have been evaluating the pros and cons of each offering. I am also conscious of looking at how these will fit into my current business, knowing the importance of developing multiple streams of income. Then I am looking at whether it would be a service I would use and recommend.

More importantly I am listening very closely to my intuition,(”gut feeling”). I know in the past when I haven’t listened to my intuition or ignored it, I have missed good opportunities or taken on ones that were not worthwhile. I know I recently signed on for something, respecting the person who was promoting it, but knowing in my gut I should have pulled out.

This time around I will listen more closely.

Watch this space. I will be reporting back soon.
